Men and Women’s Conference 2009

The Belizean International Church of Christ is so grateful to share with you all about the great working power of God among us and his grace and compassion on us allowing us to put together our Men and Women’s Conference 2009. It will be such a life changing experience for her and him!! We will have the honor to receive David and Robin Weidner from Chicago. The both conference will be at Princess Hotel, on May 3rd at 4pm and a donation of $10.00. Leadership transition

Hello to you all,

We want to share about the changes God has made over the last few months among our Spiritual Belizean Family, but first we need to start praising and thanking God for his great goodness and compassion to us, he who is watching over us day and night and leading our paths toward his good will for us. It is a joy to see that even though changes are many times painful and though, God has given that confidence that it is his good plan for us and has allowed us to have that faith and confidence that he is working in our behalf. It has been also a time to see the heart of the Disciples and how their eyes are fixed on Jesus and are willing to continue to love and serve despite what comes their way which is so awesome for the glory of God alone!!!

On Sept 24, 2008 our Evangelist and Women’s Ministry Leader, Angel and Fatima Jimenez have moved to Lead the Metro L.A. Latin Ministry assuming the responsabiliy to oversee and look after us here in Belize . At that moment, God gave the opportunity to take the Ministry over by the brother and sister (here am I) leading the Singles Ministry. After, on Dec 09, 2008 our single Church Leader also moved to the USA (for personal reasons). Then, at his departure, God has left the Church temporarily under the care of our Brother Arsenio Burgos whom He is using through each of his classes to help the Church grow in Faith, which is the great ingredient we need in our prayer life to release the power of God.  Nowadays, it’s been looking for another single brother to come and take the leadership of the Belizean Family, praying to God with a total surrendered heart that trust he knows what it is best for us and wait on him to help us and get the Leader he will use to glorify himself in Belize.

Personally, it has been the greatest experience in my life to be given the opportunity to love and serve God at this level, and more than a challenge it has been such a joy to know HE is confiding me the spiritual care of his women in this special part of his body, this part of his Kingdom in Belize.

Conferencia de Mujeres 2008, “True Colors”.

As a woman it is difficult to be courageous in a world filled with people who face many challenges, responsibilities and adversities; you can lose sight of it all and the darkness inside you can make you feel so small.

Queremos compartir la idea que Dios ha inspirado en nuestros corazones para realizar nuestra conferencia anual de Mujeres, el titulo de la conferencia es “TRUE COLORS”, lo que deseamos es que muchas mujeres tengan la oportunidad de ser inspiradas, escuchadas y sobre todo inicien una relacion verdadera con Dios, decidimos llamar asi esta conferencia porque creemos que el amor de Dios no depende de cosas externas y aparentes y que Dios ama incondicionalmente a los que se acercan a El, pero, una vez que conoces su amor, ese amor te transforma y te impacta para la eternidad, “”TRUE COLORS” se llevara a cabo el Domingo 4 de Mayo en el Hotel Princess de la Ciudad de Belize, el evento fue patrocinado por muchas empresas, desde el salon del evento hasta el boleto de avion para nuestra invitada “Dulce Cruz”, que actualmente dirige el ministerio de mujeres en Honduras, San Pedro Sula.

Les pedimos que por favor oren para que Dios bendiga mucho este evento y que pueda agregar a su familia a muchas mujeres sedientas de la palabra de verdad y del amor de nuestro poderoso Dios.
